Firstly you have to select a bookmarking site then you have to create a complete profile on this site. If you create a profile with your real name then it is good for you.

And now after the creating an account then you will have to find an option of add page or add link where you can submit your website on this site by the following steps given on the site.

Here I am posting an example for you

Here I am taking a bookmarking site for an example www.google.com/bookmarks/

Firstly you have to sign up or sign in with Gmail account

Open the www.google.com/bookmarks/

Now you see the option of Add bookmark then click on this

Fill the required information and after filling this information click on the Add bookmark button

And now your bookmark has been saved.

Tips

You have to do a social bookmarking on High PR bookmarking site.

Create a profile with real name and with real information

Do not create a multiple profiles in the same site
